Justice Alternatives for Aboriginal People

This course will provide the students with an overview of the administration of justice and a review of the impacts of the Euro-Canadian justice system as experienced by Aboriginal Peoples in Canada. Throughout this course, students will discuss justice alternative appropriate to Indigenous communities and how such alternatives are being implemented to address and resolve conflicts at the community level.
