Advocating for Children and Youth

This course prepares students to address developmental, psychological and social well being of Aboriginal children and youth. Students will be encouraged to identify emerging issues affecting Aboriginal children and youth in their communities and explain how these issues impact on the development of youth. The course will examine and explore culturally appropriate ways of supporting children and youth in their communities.
