Relationship to Land

This course will provide students with opportunities to reflect on Aboriginal Peoples' traditional relationship to land since time immemorial. The customary practices and traditional lifestyles of Indigenous peoples on the land will be integrated into this course. As well students will examine the adverse effects of environmental damage to their land. Consequences to the health and well being of community members will be discussed throughout the course.
