Health Program Development and Delivery

This course will provide the student with an awareness of community planning processes, including consultation, prevention, and accountability systems. The opportunity to discuss planning strategies and to engage in priority-setting exercises will illustrate to students the key elements of community-based planning and development. Students will learn how to develop and deliver programs such as home care, and other programs which address the critical health issues being experienced by the Aboriginal community.
