Working Co-operatively With Others

This course will provide students with the skills necessary to work with others in community-based agencies and programs. Students will become familiar with the principles of co-operation, joint-planning and team building. This course will provide the students with an understanding of the theories of a team approach to delivering services to a community, in order to ensure that cohesiveness among community-based workers will be achieved. The theories presented will emphasize the values of consensus and community building.
