Major Project

This course introduces Project Management through the delivery of a Major Project. Analysis and development will be woven into the basic theories, techniques, and rationales of project management. Working in teams, students will be engaged in project management activities: meetings, documentation, and writing. These will culminate in a final presentation where students will have to demonstrate a working product, and describe what they have done and why in a project management and information technology context.
