Cardiac Care II

In this course, learners will continue to explore the theory associated with caring for patients experiencing acute (complex) cardiovascular dysfunction. Students will apply knowledge from previous theory courses in the Critical Care Nursing Program and continue to explore common cardiovascular disorders of the critically ill patient. In addition, students will explore the nursing care of patients requiring invasive hemodynamic monitoring devices.
