Cardiac Care I

This course will explore the theory associated with caring for patients experiencing acute cardiovascular dysfunction. Students will explore common cardiovascular disorders of the acute care patient and apply knowledge of the heart's electrical conduction system to differentiate between normal and abnormal cardiac rhythms, understand their clinical significance and collaborate in providing therapeutic management.
