Construction Management

This course will take a given construction project and establish the relationships between the three main parties involved THE OWNER, THE CONSULTANT AND THE CONTRACTOR. Their respective roles and responsibilities will be examined along with the documents that are required to produce a final product. The role of computerized spread sheets and scheduling programs will be examined and applied to a given construction project. The effects of LEED on the project schedule will also be studied.
