Seminar 1-Transition to College

This course is designed to facilitate the growth and competence of the students. Students will be oriented and integrated into Confederation College by visiting and participating in the various college service/activity areas. Students will be given instructions on how to access the College's services and how to advocate for themselves. The students will be supported in the area of academic preparedness and will be assisted in preparing for field placement in the second semester. This introductory course aims to promote the successful transition into college student life.
