In this course, students will learn how a successful construction project is managed and administered from concept, through design and construction, to closeout. The course will cover stakeholders, types of contracts, contract documents, labour relations, negotiations and job site records. Project scheduling, including Gantt charts, critical path method and Microsoft Project will be included
