Writing For Corporate Communications I
The corporate communications writer is an advocate for an employer/client, and must be able to write accurately and creatively in a wide range of styles, considering all possible outcomes of proposed messages to all relevant publics. In this course, students will develop corporate communication writing skills to produce clear, concise, effective, and targeted written material incorporating key messages for different audiences. Learners will produce and edit a variety of documents including brochures, e-mails, memos, letters, newsletters, feature articles, and web material for external and internal audiences. This course will also encourage students to eliminate grammatical errors, wordiness, and stylistic barriers from their writing.
