Wine Comprehension

This is an enjoyable evening program that is ideal for those who would like to learn more about the different types of wine. An introduction to the history, mystique and ritual of wine from the standpoint of types, vintages, handling, storage, techniques of wine services and more. Each evening students will sample wines from the various wine regions of the world. Students must be 19 years of age or older.
