Pilot Decision Making

The course is the study of pilot decision making, risk management, crew resource management and how they directly relate to flight performance and safety. It provides students an opportunity to examine their personal attitudes, current values and behaviours. This will be compared to the view of pilots by industry, and what the actual expectations/responsibilities are.
