Paramedic Leadership and Professionalism
This course prepares the student to function as ethical, reflective, and professional Primary Care Paramedic clinicians while developing foundational leadership and teaching skills required for their future role as a paramedic field preceptor. Emphasis is placed on professional conduct, ethical decision-making, communication, emotional intelligence, conflict management, wellness, reflective practice, and preceptorship readiness within the paramedic practice environment.
