Access Your College Email
All Confederation College applicants receive a College email account. Use it to stay up to date on your application, important dates, financial assistance and other College information.
How to Access Your College Email
1. Sign in to My Campus
Go to the MyCampus Portal(opens in new window) and enter your username and password.
Your username and student number can be found in the top-right corner of your Acknowledgement Letter.
2. Use Your Initial Password
Your initial password follows this format:
Fn##############
- F — first letter of your first name, uppercase
- n — first letter of your last name, lowercase
- ############## — your 14-digit College student number
Your College student number begins with 22663, followed by your individual student ID.
Example
For a student named David Smith with student ID 100123123:
- College student number: 22663100123123
- Initial password: Ds22663100123123
Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.
3. Open Outlook
After signing in to My Campus:
- Find the Launchpad.
- Select O365 – Outlook.
- Sign in using your full Confederation College email address and password.
Your College email address follows this format:
username@confederationcollege.ca
Keep your contact information up to date during the application process. You can update it by signing in to your application at ontariocolleges.ca and editing the Contact Information section.
