2026 - 2029 Administration Staff BOG Representative
Robin Gould - I am honoured to serve as the Administration Representative on Confederation College's Board of Governors. As a proud Confederation College graduate and Director of Facilities Services, I am grateful for the opportunity to give back to the College and contribute at a broader level while representing the administration group.
Over the course of my career, I have worked in engineering, project management, operations, health care leadership, and facilities management. These experiences have given me an appreciation for the importance of good governance, long-term planning, financial stewardship, accessibility, sustainability, and managing complex operations. At Confederation College, I have been fortunate to work with talented colleagues across the institution while leading projects and initiatives that support our students, campuses, and communities.
I strongly believe that students should be at the forefront of every decision we make. One of the things that sets Confederation College apart is our commitment to experiential learning and providing students with meaningful opportunities to apply their skills in real-world settings. Whether through capital projects, sustainability initiatives, or campus improvements, I have always looked for ways to involve students and connect learning with practical experience.
I look forward to contributing my knowledge and experience to the Board of Governors and supporting the continued success of Confederation College, its students, employees, and communities.

Serving on the board would be a rewarding opportunity to improve my community, collaborate with other leaders, and help shape the future of higher education in our region. This is an exciting time for academic delivery and operations of our high-quality certificates, diplomas, and advanced diplomas. I look forward to participating in enhancing Confederation College's offerings in the developing areas of Artificial Intelligence and Open Systems Software as we strive to meet the future needs of our students and to increase their employability.
