August 11, 2022: Update and Vaccination Clinics
As we prepare for the fall semester and COVID-19 numbers begin to rise once again, we want to encourage staff and students to remain vigilant about monitoring for symptoms, maintaining physical distance and masking.
Employees and students who have symptoms and/or have been confirmed to have COVID-19 should not come to campus and follow isolation guidelines as outlined at Ontario.ca/exposed.
Masking is strongly encouraged as more people join us on campus, especially in settings where physical distancing cannot be maintained. Masks are available in each building and on each campus.

Free Vaccine Clinics at the Thunder Bay Campus
Two on-campus vaccine clinics will be available for anyone to attend and receive a vaccine or booster. The clinic will be in the Shuniah Building Student Commons by SUCCI.
Wednesday, August 31 from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Thursday, September 15 from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Alternatively, you can visit your local health unit (TBDHU and NWHU) or local pharmacy to schedule an appointment. Vaccination continues to be a way to reduce illness and limit the spread.
Please know local health authorities and the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health continue to support our approach, and we will continue to make decisions that best support safe environments for our students and employees.
