This diploma program offers the student the opportunity to study subject areas necessary to prepare for a career in a law office or related environments, such as legal departments of government and industry. The program focuses on real estate, wills and estates, family and litigation law. This program has both a fall and a winter semester intake. The faculty members are lawyers and law office professionals.

About This Program
Location: Law Clerk at Confederation College (including Regional Campuses)
Students receive four courses in the program (General education credits and computer applications) real-time in a face-to-face classroom or via webinar from one of the Regional Campuses. The majority of the classes are delivered from Northern College’s Law Clerk program in a real-time webinar format that can be accessed from the campus, or home, or if needed by individual student’s circumstances, via anytime playback of the recording. Students engage in class discussions and presentations with others from across Northern Ontario. Professors interact in real-time as well as via email, telephone and in-class and online discussion forums. They respond to any questions the student might have and also provide feedback on completed assessments.
Regional campuses include: Dryden, Fort Frances, Geraldton, Kenora, Marathon, Red Lake, Sioux Lookout and Wawa.
