General Arts Transfer:

The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Lakehead University-Thunder Bay campus enables qualified graduates of Confederation College’s General Arts and Science 2-year diploma program, with a minimum average of 70%, to be considered for admission into the third year of the Bachelor of Arts (General Major) provided they have completed at least two (2) one-semester courses of advanced academic content.

All applicants must complete two (2) university-level full credits during the spring/summer term at Lakehead University.

Arts & Science Transfer

The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Lakehead University-Thunder Bay campus enables qualified graduates of Confederation College’s General Arts and Science 2-year diploma program, with a minimum average of 70%, to be considered for admission into the third year of the Bachelor of Arts and Science (Interdisciplinary Studies Major), or into the third year of the Honours Bachelor of Arts and Science (Interdisciplinary Studies Major).

All applicants will need to complete a certain number of specific courses from variety of subject areas in their college program. Criteria detailed on LU website (link below).
