How do I contact the ombudsperson?

Please drop by any time! The Ombudsperson will, when possible, see you the same day. You can also arrange an appointment by phone or email. You can leave a message (the voice-mail is confidential) any time of the day or night and the Ombudsperson will contact you at their first opportunity. The office is located on the second floor of the Shuniah Building and office hours are posted on the office door.

  • Monday to Wednesday, 10:30 am until 4 pm
  • Thursday, 10:30 am until noon 

Please bring with you all documents relevant to your complaint (e.g. official College letters, statements of accounts, copies of transcripts and copies of any other communications).

Regional students can reach the Ombuds Office by calling toll free at 1 (800) 465-5493 ext 6209. Where preferred, videoconferencing can be arranged for discussions with the Ombudsperson.
