Confederation College Has Answers – CIP Program Brings 16 Ontario Colleges to Northwestern Ontario

THUNDER BAY, ON, September 19, 2018 - The annual College Information Program (CIP) Tour will be visiting eight communities in northwestern Ontario from September 24 to 27, giving students the opportunity to explore 16 Ontario colleges – all in one place.

The tour includes booths and displays featuring representatives from colleges from across Ontario, including Confederation College. The CIP Tour gives high school students, or anyone else considering a college education, an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the variety of postsecondary opportunities available to them across the province.

“Students will be able to speak with college representatives about programs being offered, how to apply, financial aid, opportunities after graduation and more,” said Cheryl-Lyn Lamers, Manager, Strategic Enrolment Management. “The CIP Tour makes it easy to learn about the postsecondary options available and specifically, the value of a college education.”

Members of the public and the media are invited to attend an event in their area. The full schedule is as follows (times are noted in the appropriate time zone):
