Telephone Protocol (FOI)

The following steps must be followed when an individual contacts the College by telephone to request their own personal information (i.e. student number).

Identification Questions

Student must provide correct responses to at least 4 of these questions:

1. Student number
2. First/last name
3. Birth date
4. Address
5. Phone number
6. Name of Program student is enrolled in; and

Under the circumstances an individual does not have such information, they are to be advised to come into the College and provide photo identification (i.e. valid driver license, health card, student card etc.).
