I have a passion for the food industry, food history and science and enjoy sharing this with others.

My Educational Background & Qualifications

I graduated from Niagara College in Culinary Management and Baking and Pastry Skills.¬†

My Relevant Experience in the Field¬†

I gained most of my experience at Casino Niagara and Fallsview Casino Resort in Niagara Falls, and then honed my skills in the hotel industry.

My Hobbies & Interests

I am an avid artist and printmaker.
