The Condominium Management courses are a great way for professionals to begin a career in condominium management. Learn a solid hands-on foundation of the basics of condo management by studying law, condominium budgets, and administration of condo boards of directors, facilities employees and human resources.
Faculty delivering these courses are senior Industry members and RCMs (Registered Condominium Managers) designates as well as other experienced industry professionals.
You must complete all courses within 5 years of acceptance into the program. However, you will have the flexibility to set own schedule and may be able to complete the program sooner. Completing all four courses will equip students with the tools for potential future employment in the Residential Condominium Property Management field. It is recommended that students seek the RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) designation by completing the examination set by the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario after the completion of the 4 compulsory courses.
