This course will provide students with framework to get ready for that all important sales call. Students will learn what it takes to sell, understand consumer buying behavior and communicate for successful selling. They will also learn the importance of sales knowledge especially in regards to: customers, products and technologies. They will also develop an understanding of how and where to find new prospects. This course includes mandatory group work. We recommend viewing the course schedule immediately upon logging into the course to view course and group work requirements.
