This course will provide students with framework to get ready for that all important sales call. Students will learn what it takes to sell, understand consumer buying behavior and communicate for successful selling. They will also learn the importance of sales knowledge especially in regards to: customers, products and technologies. They will also develop an understanding of how and where to find new prospects.
Students must have access to a video camera or web cam to complete a oral/visual presentation;
